  1. 1

    Open connector settings

In the desktop client, open its skills or connectors area and choose to add a custom connector.

  2. 2

    Enter the server URL

Choose HTTP or Streamable HTTP and set the server URL to https://rezloom.com/mcp. You do not need to supply an API key.

  3. 3

    Sign in and approve access

The client opens Rezloom after saving. Sign in, review the requested scopes, and approve the authorization.

  4. 4

    Use Rezloom in chat

Enable the connector in a conversation, then ask: “Read my Career Wiki and identify the three strongest projects for a product manager role.”

OAuth scopes

Rezloom uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Clients dynamically register for their own client ID, so users do not copy long-lived secrets. You can revoke an authorization in Rezloom at any time.

Available tools

After authorization, the client discovers the tools allowed by the granted scopes.

  • rezloom_list_sources
  • rezloom_read_source
  • rezloom_create_source_directory
  • rezloom_write_text_source
  • rezloom_upload_source_file

Safety boundaries

Read and write operations use separate OAuth scopes. High-risk tools—publishing, sharing, exposing contact details, allowing indexing, and revoking links—instruct the third-party Agent to explain the impact and obtain explicit user confirmation first. You can still revoke the client’s entire authorization in Rezloom at any time.
