Learn how Rezloom processes, stores, and shares information.

Information we process

Rezloom processes your login email, Google identity reference, session information, and the career materials, Career Wiki pages, resumes, and sharing settings you choose to provide. We also keep minimal technical records needed for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, store career materials, generate and maintain the Career Wiki, create resumes and PDFs, operate share links and agents, and protect the service.

AI and infrastructure providers

Rezloom runs on Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2. When you trigger an AI feature, relevant content needed for that task is sent to the configured OpenAI API through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Rezloom does not use career materials to train its own model.

Publishing and sharing

Source materials and the Career Wiki are private by default. You explicitly create public, private, or expiring resume links. Each link has its own visibility scope and can be revoked. Only public links you allow to be indexed are included in the sitemap.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed to provide the service. Rezloom uses server-side sessions, authorization checks, non-recoverable share-token hashes, and visibility controls to reduce risk, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can change source materials, rebuild the Career Wiki, create or revoke share links, and control whether a public resume may be indexed. Account-level export and deletion workflows are still being completed.
