The basic rules that apply when you use Rezloom.

Service scope

Rezloom provides career-material storage, Career Wiki maintenance, resume generation, PDF export, sharing links, and agent access. Some features are early-stage and may change or become temporarily unavailable.

Account responsibility

You must use an email address you can access and protect your authenticated sessions. Do not impersonate another person or upload and publish another person’s information without authorization.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you provide and give Rezloom permission to store, process, and generate content only as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the right to process and publish that material.

AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review generated resumes, Wiki pages, and agent answers before submitting them, publishing them, or relying on them for an important decision.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to violate privacy, impersonate others, publish unlawful material, bypass access controls, attack the service, or abuse automated interfaces at scale.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features, limits, and these terms may change as the service develops; material changes will be communicated in the product.
